Hi! You don't need to uninstall old versions of SkypeTalking to allow new ones to work. However, you do have to allow SkypeTalking access to Skype. If you haven't done this, SkypeTalking will not work. Please read the SkypeTalking documentation to find out how to allow SkypeTalking to work with Skype. If SkypeTalking has been allowed access to Skype, then I really don't know why your SkypeTalking won't work. But maybe someone else will know. Bye for now! >From Clare
