Hey Chris,
I usually remove the person who left the conference from the group chat
associated. Beware though that I mainly use JAWS with scripts and I am not
expert of Window-eyes, so I cannot tell you how to reach the live
conversations list with WE. Anyway, when I found that, I press applications,
send IM, find with tab the person, applications, remove from this group. A
couple of warnings:
1. this option will disappear when you've another conversation with this
contact separately;
2. if you're not fast to reach the contact, it will disappear from the tab
order.
