Hi All, Since Saturday, I have tried deleting the shared-XML file from within the "appdata\skype" folder that I was directed to do but it has still not changed. Each time I delete the file and then try to start skype, I get the same eror message and and when I go to check the appdata folder, I see the XML file still there. Due to this, I have still not been able to run skype since last Thursday. I use a 64 bit with windows 7 HP notebook. Can anyone please help me out seriously? I am really frustrated now. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the skype program several times but it will just not work. Alexander.
