hi, this setting is in options under advance keep skype in the task bar
when I am signed in. this is a check box check it and it will do what you
wish.

How do you get skype to start where it shows a window on the desktop?
I can open it from systray or press the skype shortcut, but, i thought I
saw start skype maximised somewhere. I can't find it now.
