Hello all.
I have installed Skype 5.5 from www.ninite.com/skype. There are some new
features, like Facebook integration, that does not all work with screen
readers, particularly Facebook chat. While you can view the chat
messages sent and received from Facebook, it is not possible to use a
program like SkypeTalking to automatically announce such events. It is
thought that the Skype API will not support Facebook chat in the near
future, or so I understand it. But on the whole the interface hasn't
changed drastically from an accessibility standpoint.

changes and state whether these will work with screen readers, as a
lerson who lives on their own and doesn't work (I am also physically
disabled) it is a long and arduous task if a programme doesn't work
properly but causes difficulties in getting things back to a working
state? I know things can never be 100% and you may alreacy do this on
this list - if so, I've never seen such help.
