Hello, everyone. I am requesting help for a person who is running Windows 7 Home premium with the latest version of Skype. She can connect with her current contacts without a problem, but for quite some time, she cannot add any new contacts or see other people's requests. If she is entering a person's Skype name (and we know it is entered correctly), she gets a message "Skype name is not found". Does anyone know the possible root of the problem and a way to resolve it? Thanks in advance.
