Is there a way to add this when you are adding the contact to Skype?

If you mean dtmf tone, such as Talkyoo_Skype which asks you in German
which is the room code, try pressing ctrl+shift+d to activate the dialpad
in the live call window. Beware though that if you're running Skype 5.5 or
5.6 you'll have to go to the call menu and activate the "show dialpad"
voice because ctrl+shift+d can work well.
