yes they wrote me back and told me to uninstall skype and re-install. I did that. I suspect it was a jfw script issue. I am currently using latest version of jfw scripts v689 with jfw 10. would that bre the issue? i upgraded from jfw scripts 686 to 689 skype supoport said it could be a jfw incompatibility issue. to get around error message i had to kill jfw then switch to NVDA and re-launch skype, and tab to contact request and then i could activate it with no problems was upgrading from 686 to 689 a misstake?
