Actually, he was applying the name "poor innocent" to himself, not to
someone else. :)
As to the actual problem, the Insert+Q information he pasted indicates
that Skypewatch is not loaded, which usually means it was not
installed. That usually indicates use of the older installer, but he
also said he used the newer one. This leaves me baffled and wondering
if the best thing to do would be to run the new installer again just
in case something went wrong or happened since the first run of it.
