With latest version of skype when you press enter, it won't automatically call them, you have to highlight the group you've saved into your contacts then press the applications key then arrow down to call...this is what I had to do, but you can just press enter then go to the call menu like you normally would once you've highlighted the contact by pressing enter then choose call.
