Hello,
if you mean the SkypeWatch messages, which announce when someone goes online and offline, the caller's ID and so on, it's alt+shift+f9 twice quickly, and you don't necessarily have to use this keystroke from within Skype. Alternatively, press insert+v from within Skype, and go down till you find an option called, SkypeWatch messages. You can turn it on and off by pressing space bar, and press enter to confirm changes and close the JAWS options window. Anyway, I am not sure there was a command in SkypeTalking... Alt+ctrl+shift+t is for launching the program, and alt+ctrl+shift+s goes to the options; here you have to focus the alerts tab, and uncheck which ones you don't want to hear. Now that it comes to my mind, the keystroke you meant could be alt+shift+ctrl+i, which makes ST ignore all the Skype events.
Bye!
Barbuz
