You may find in the taskbar, a window called, Skype useful tips. If you do
find it, open it and press tab till you find, allow access button, if you
don't, then you will have to follow this procedure:
1. open the tools, menu, one up harrow to find the options, and hit enter;
2. press the home key, then up harrow wice, you should land in the "Advanced
options" pane;
3. press tab till you find, "manage other program access to Skype link", and
hit enter on that;
4. in the program list, choose SkypeTalking.exe, and press tab to find the
change button;
5. press up harrow to set allow this program to use Skype;
6. press tab or shift+tab to find the ok button and space bar;
7. tabtill the save button and press space.
