Yeah, I agree, but it's a drag to have to reach behind my desktop (on the floor) then plug and unplug the thing.
I was thinking of disabling via device manager, but I don't know what this will do to webcam drivers and such. I don't want to introduce driver corruption by doing this since I will undoubtedly do it many times a week.
