Hi, if you are using JAWS, the keystroke CTRL+ALT+Home conflicts with the gw skype. So i recommend you to change it to a new keystroke or press insert+3 and press CTRL+ALT+Home. Next, when you are making some adjustments at the program, make sure you save it (from the program, select skype menu>save) so that the settings will remains in effect.
