In my opinion the GWSkype utility is not so robust or complex that it calls for a whole new list.
The obvious solution would be to simply discuss software bugs and related technical problems on the GW window eyes list and allow discussions of basic how to questions on this list. I also believe that creating a new list for this product will generate repetitive questions. You will essentially end up like the VRS list. That list has hundreds of users asking the same very basic questions that can be answered very easily and quickly if the people on that list would only use the find feature on their browser to search for the answer within the manual. I joined the list for about 5 days and could not handle the needless hundred or so daily posts so happily unsubscribed.
