Hello,
you should find your contact in the contact list, as not sharing details.
Try going to the context menu and choosing Send contact request. You could
also remove the contact and add it again. If you're not able to find your
contact in the contact list, or if you only find it in the conversation list
but it tells that you did not accept this person as a contact, that means
something went wrong in adding the contact, so in this second case go
immediately to the context menu, and if you're not able to find "Add
contact", choose view profile, and you should find add contact button by
pressing shift+tab once.
