Hello!
Go to the chat widget you know kthe history of your conversation, the
you should hear so and so sent you such and such file, the tab and you
should hear choices related to receiving the file. One of those
options should be accept, so press it and it will ask you what folder
you wish to download it to, after you choose it, then press ok and the
file transfer should begin and to confirm that the file is
transfering, go back to the conversation feed and arrow down to where
the file is then you should see something saying that it is
transferring, so hope this helps, if not, I'm sure someone can explain
better than I can.

"To me, music that breaks your heart is the music that stays with you
forever. It's one thing to be melancholy and one thing to be sophisticated,
but when you get the two of them together in a way people can relate to,
then I think you're on to something. You want the sophistication to lie in
the purity of the sound, the beauty of the arrangements, and the quality of
the performances."-Trumpeter Chris Botti
