Hi Sugar. As you know I had a similar problem a few months ago and ended up having to buy a new computer and getting a new version of Skype. This time I have also bought an external hard drive and everything is backed up on that. Suggest that if you can manage it you do something along similar lines as it is a great comfort to know that if things go seriously pear shaped you always have the material to hand to replace files etc. I have taken the liberty of adding you to my Skype list again.
