Hello Sara and all,
I find out that fs technical support man delete the jaws script and disabled
everything in skype when he tandem my computer on monday gone!! I had a
file called skypewatch for jaws 12 ,so I select all the default extract by
press ctrl + 5 on numb pad key to select all ,press ctrl +shift + end then
press ctrl + c to copy ,then I went to all program from start menu then open
jaws 13 menu press enter on explorer setting ,press enter on something
setting then I'm in folder I press end key to go to the bottom then I press
ctrl + v to paste the file in there ,after I paste the file in folder then I
press ctrl + insert + esc then I close out jaws 13 setting then I went to
skype then I press insert + v to enabled several things and press tab key to
ok or close button ,then I unload jaws or restart my computer .

I'm using jaws 13 and skype 3.8 ,I'm having problem with skypewatch
installer 1.21 when I had to reinstalled it I'm getting error message
when I try to installed to jaws 13 ,the error message say sorry
skypewatch installation failed please check your jaws installation and
try again !! What do I need to get this problem fix? Does anyone have
any answer and suggestion for me? I have try several time and still
getting error message. What am I not doing right?
