Hello,
first of all, since she's using JAWS 13, I recommend her to upgrade her
Skype client to the latest version, then the scripts to version 55a, which
is the first one which will support JAWS 13, at least from revision 689.
Anyway the procedures below should even work with Skype 5.0 with proper
scripts:
1. press ctrl+2 to go to the conversations list;
2. find with arrows the conversation with the contact who sent the file,
press the applications key and choose send IM (note that I'm not sure in
default view if it's sufficient to press space or if this context menu step
will work);
3. type ctrl+5 to go to the messages list;
4. press the home key, and if you don't hear the line corresponding to the
file just sent, press up arrow till you find it;
5. go with tab and find the save button, and press space there.
