I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your message, but I believe you are saying you have another set of scripts that wants to modify default.jss but gives you a checkbox to disable this, and that if you allow that script installer to modify default.jss, SkypeWatch will not install.
It would help for me to know the script set, type of installer, and possibly script author of this other set of scripts. There may be a fix for those scripts to make that default.jss modification compatible with the SkypeWatch installer. The problem of multiple scripts modifying default.jss is rather complicated to explain, but in short, any two sets of scripts that want to modify the same script file must agree on how to do it. I have established a set of rules for how to do this and have urged others to share the same approach so this problem will not continue to occur so often. Having said that, I currently distribute one set of scripts, known as BX, whose installer has yet to follow my own rules. :) Please let me know the name and author of your other set of default.jss-modifying scripts, and the type of installer being used if possible. If you don't know these things and there is a freely downloadable version of your other scripts that does not cost money, just let me know where to get them so I can answer these questions for myself.
