Hi all,
I bring it up this way:
I'd launche a call, and immediately press the combination alt plus a to
open the call menu, followed by s for show ddial pad. Once the dial pad
is visible on the screen, you can close it and open it by pressing ctrl
plus shift plus d if you have doug lee's scripts installed.
