If using Skype 3.8, go to www.dlee.org/skype, then click the link which
says, 3.5 through 3.8. Latest scripts version for that particular Skype
version is 653b. It has no new installer, so if you want SkypeWatch to work
you will need to install it manually, following the "scripts installation
instructions". Alternatively, download the SkypeWatch installer here:
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4752212/SkypeWatchInstaller1.21.exe.
For accepting the contact request, if I remember correctly, with Skype 3.8 a
particular window should pop up automatically, which says something like,
"hello! from <fullname>". Here you go with tab till you find the ok button,
and so you accept their requests.
