Usually the problem you describe is caused by people running old
scripts under JAWS 13. You said you installed the latest scripts. What
revision number speaks near the end of Insert+Q from within Skype now?
The way to hand remove the special Skype Command key setting would be
to delete it from skype.ini in your JAWS user folder. Just changing it
with the Insert+V dialog may work though, and that would probably be
easier if so.
