This must have something to do with SkypeWatch, because the keystrokes for
repeating the latest SW announcement are alt+shift+f9 and ctrl+scrollock+f9.
Don't know exactly how to fix it tough. Which JAWS version are you running?
This could be useful for Doug in diagnosing the problem.
Anyway, SkypeWatch functionality is assigned to default scripts, so this
explains why you're encountering the problem even if you do not load Skype.
