Such an update to SkypeTalking is unlikely even if the project is taken over by someone else. The Skype API does not provide a means to detect non-Skype messages. The theory behind this is that applications such as SkypeTalking would use the APIs provided by the various other chat services, such as WLM and Facebook, to get those chats. This, however, means much more work for developers of apps like SkypeTalking. Since other clients like Miranda already exist that handle many chat services at once, this sort of work will probably feel redundant to would-be developers.
