1. launch skype. 2. hit cmd cahma.
3. interact with the tool bar. 4. go to audio and video 5. go to the mic pop up button and hit vo space to activate it. 6. choose your mic and hit vo space to except the change. 7. Close the prefs window with cmd w. Good luck.
