I'll find that script, maybe, it will find it, though, It's strange that it
would do that on a Windows 7 Home Premium Acer brand notebook.

Your log indicates that the installer can't find the VBScript engine.
I've only seen this happen on "starter" versions of Windows, in which
the VBScript engine is not installed. I wrote the installer system
partly in VBScript to ease porting of installer behavior between
different installers (specifically Nullsoft and Inno Setup) among
other reasons, but at the time it appeared that VBScript was available
on all Windows versions.
The solution is to find and install VBScript on that computer, but
unfortunately I don't have a URL to point you to. I know this has been
done successfully by several others by now though.
