Hi, If you forgotten your Skype name and you're still signed in, it will show on the title bar. If you are not signed in, unfortunately you will need to create a new Skype name. Also, your password will need to be reset. Quick change password if you're signed in, if you're not, there should be a forget password thing. That's all I can say.
