i have a bilt in web cam and it is usable on skype what i do is to go to
skype and then do a vidio call and if the other person can see me then i
don't bauther with trying to messwith it i just leave it alone. this is on
my laptop running windows 7. on my xp pc i use a usb webcam. from Mich.
