Greetings Heidi and list. If someone sent you a voicemail, there should
still be an entry for that event in your conversation list or inbox. If you
are using JAWS with the scripts, press Ctrl+2 to get to the conversation
list.

To erase voice mails:
First go to the contact who sent you a voice message.
After opening the display, look for the ChatContentControl section (the
list
of events); and arrow down to the voice mail entry.
If you haven't yet heard the message, tab to the Play button and tap on
it.
If you've already heard the message, tab over to the Delete button and tap
on it.
\The entry will then be erased.
