I just got word today that skype will let you add contacts with the run dialogue. type for example skype:marrie1?add
replace my contact name with anyone you wish to add, then hit enter and type an intro. For those new to computers the run dialogue can be accessed by hitting windows r. and then typing the command given above then enter key, type intro, or copy and paste it from a text editor then hitting ok, or send, or what ever that button is that confirms our choice. lol!
