Hi! Interesting theory, Chela, given that in the past people who wanted voicemail on Skype had to pay for it. However, voicemail for Skype is free now, so we don't have to subscribe to it, we just have to sign up. Obviously, I have no idea whether whoever had problems with voicemail had a paid subscription in the past, but anyone who, like me, has got Skype voicemail for free by simply signing up on the Skype website, won't have expired paid subscriptions to deal with.
