Really fast trick, for many Skype versions, if you know the exact Skype ID you want to add: Type this in the Windows Run box, replacing "echo123" with the ID you want to add:
skype:echo123?add then fill out the edit box and press the button you get. Someone else will have to answer how to add someone directly inside Skype itself in 6.3. <sheepish grin> I've been using Clisk to do that for so long...
