dear skype support has misguided you. Actually it was the issue from
facebook itself. It had nothing to do with skype.
Now they have corrected itself and skype has began to show all facebook
online.

I contacted skype suport team and they said to fallow this steps:
1. uninstall skype;
2, open the start menu, and click in, run;
typ %appdata% and press enter
delet the skype past
close with alt+f4
open the start menu again, and click in run
typ regedit. not, I'm using windows xp
delet all the skype registrations
nest install it again and reconect to your facebook acount
in my case, no results
