Hi listers It has been months now when I started to run Windows8 operating system on my machine. There has never been a problem using the latest Microsoft Windows release with my up to date JAWS version until such time I decided to install Skype for Windows Desktop. I’ve been using Skype with JAWS Skype script installed for long smoothly encountering no problem at all. I am now running the latest Skype for desktop version and yesterday, I did updating my Skype script to the newest revision which was revision 735. To find out the script file currently use I pressed the JAWS Keystroke Jaws key + Q and it says… “This is script version 6.0a, revision 735, for Skype versions 6.0 and higher.” With this annoying and wondering line at the end… “Skypewatch is not loaded.” I assume that it means the skype alerts and notifications that pops out at the notification area will not be red automatically by JAWS. Does anybody is engage with the same problem? Can anyone from this list could help? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.
