Hello,
default hotkeys are alt+pg up for answering and alt+pg down for hanging up,
but they can be changed. After higlighting a contact, make sure if possible
that it's checked, and if you want to change it just press tab till you find
Change button, and modify as you want.
Done all the settings, press the save button.
