Thanks Doug Lee. I make a mistake. I change the short cut already. But in option, have a one part say, enable accessibility for skype. I check it. What is for?

Check in Options / Hotkeys to see if you somehow got a hotkey activated and set to Ctrl+Shift+Home in there.
