I have resolved my problem with skype not showing my face book contacts. Since I have two computers with skype on them and one was showing my face book contacts I did the run command and typed appdata and hit enter and went to romaing and skype and copied my user name and also went to program files on the hard drive and copied them as well to my flash drive and then copied them in to skype on this machine and it worked.
