No. You click the profile button after logging in, and then click the edit button. After this I am able to change my full name [not Skype name] email address etc. The problem is that the changes don't stick; there is a save link, but clicking it doesn't save the changes. Neither does hitting enter or VO space bar. It's bad enough not being able to delete a Skype account, but I can't even remove my name from being attached to it -
