Hi,
Try reauthorizing Skype with Facebook and then re-login. You can do this
by visiting eighter mobile or normal Facebook site, then going to
Settings, then Applications. Then you find Skype and select Remove
button. Skype will then be unauthorized and you can then login to Skype
with Facebook again.
This helped at least to me when I was unable to see my FB friends inside
contact list, only inside Skype home.
