The NVDA addons are special zip files. If someone knowing Python writes an add-on, the translators could edit the .po file that will be included in this special zip file. If there are folders for different languages inside the Locale folder of this file, the add-on runs in the language the user is running NVDA, even if it is changed using the General Preferences dialog.
