Hi Barbuz and list. Actually these were outgoing Skype-to-Skype calls, not
calls to Skype Out numbers. Anyway, I didn't have to do anything, since the
issue seems to have corrected itself. lol.

Well this is not really strange since SkypeOut contact cannot logically
have Skype voicemail...
Anyway, to fix your issue you probably will need to uninstall Skype and
reinstall it at this point...
Did you already restart your pc?
