Also at least in jaws insert h will give you a comprehensive list of key strokes. Note those down in notepad by if possible copying the vertual buffer and pasting it in to note pad or what ever you use for a text editor. This is how I learn and altemitally memorise necessary key strokes and I have a document to refer back to.
