Hi Beverly and list. Make sure you are in the conversation window containing the voicemail entry. Press Ctrl+5 to get to the list of messages in that particular chat. (You may have to do this a couple of times, since it doesn't always work the first time.) Now use your up/down arrows to locate the entry for the voicemail. As soon as you find it, press Tab until you get to the Play button, then press Enter or the space bar to listen. Hope this helps.
