Let's not jump to conclusions here. Skype has not made any major changes to
its interface since the release of version 4.0 in 2009. I Concede there's
room for improvement, but I doubt they'll make major changes at the cost of
losing accessibility. Even if they do, I'm sure the user will be given a
choice whether they want it or not?

Hmm I wonder. Looks like we're stuck with GW Connect whether we like it or
not. Microsoft knows we have that to fall back on, so I doubt
accessibility
is going to be on Skype's top priority with their new makeover. Well, they
can just use GW Connect can't they? Got to make Skype look nice and trendy
for all those beliebers out there...

I have a friend who is trying to log into skype but though his jaws sees

word "password" he cannot access the text field.
