hi lori have you tried updating to any new script versions?

Hi everyone, I’ve recently started having issues with my Skype version 6.16. Before, I used to be able to switch to compact view, then my chats would appeare in seperate windows, making things easier for me to read, but now when I try it and hit tab to move aroundd the screen, nothing happens. I tried switching to jaws curser, but nothing happened. I then tried the full screen view, but again, tab or the arrows don’t work. I’ve installed skype-talking, and am getting allerts about who is coming on line and so on, but when I go into the skype window, I can’t do anything. I’m using windows 7 with jaws 14. I’m hoping someone could perhaps tell me where i’m going wrong? I also tried launching skype-talking from the desktop, but it just says this program is already running.
