She could have deleted you, added a device to her Skype account and
caused confusion as to whether you are authorized, had an accident and
deleted something she didn't mean to delete... not sure what else
could cause this, though I bet there are other possibilities.

If you think she didn't mean to delete you, you can send her another
contact request and include a short message in it like, "Lost you as a
contact, feel free to re-add if that was not intended."
