I am not sure if Office 2013 uninstall has anything to do with it, and
sincerely I am not likely to uninstall it to test it myself...
Make sure you have the correct scripts and Skype versions, if you used
quite an old Skype version you probably got autoupdated.
Currently, the latest Skype version is 6.16.0.105, and latest scripts
version is 69a revision 813. Beware that they did not fix the issue
where the timestamp is autoannounced after the chat message.
