Hi According to gwmicro support, it could be because Microsoft hasn't up-dated all of its servers as yet i.e. removed the part for skype kit.

Once you arrow down to the contact's name, press the space bar on that contact name to select it, then make the call. Second, to exit Skype, if you're using JAWS, press JAWS KEY plus F10 to bring up the system tray. Once that is done, arrow to Skype and press Enter. A menu will come up. Look for Quit Skype. Then Tab until you hear Quit Button. Press Enter, and Skype will be exited.
